As a Natural Life Coach & Business Consultant, I help individuals and organisations reconnect with what really mattersāour health, our purpose, and our connection to the world around us. My work blends nature-based practices, movement, rest, breathwork, and meaningful conversation to guide people and teams toward more balanced, resilient, and fulfilling ways of living and working.
I help people reconnectāwith themselves, each other, and the natural world. My work brings together movement, breath, rest, and rhythm to support personal wellbeing and deeper connection. Iām a certified NatLife Coach and MovNat Level 1 Coach, and I work with individuals, communities, and businesses to build stronger, more grounded lives and teamsārooted in nature.
As a Natural Life Consultant, I guide people toward a more balanced, natural way of living. That means slowing down, tuning in, and getting back in sync with what our bodies and minds really needāthings like proper rest, natural movement, seasonal eating, time outdoors, and space to breathe. Iām especially focused on helping people rediscover deep restānot just sleep, but how to pause, reset and find space throughout the day. These rhythms support our energy, clarity, and nervous system in the long term.
Nutrition and simple, joyful eating also play a big role in my work. I encourage ways of eating that are intuitive, seasonal, and community-focusedāoften outdoors around a fire, but always grounded in nourishment and connection.
Through Primal Runners, the community Iāve helped to build, I lead inclusive, group-based adventures that blend movement and mindfulnessātrail runs, hikes, breathwork, forest bathing, cold water dips, and natural movement training. These sessions are about feeling free and grounded in your body, while building a deeper relationship with nature and others. Iām especially passionate about supporting young people and those from underrepresented backgrounds to access these experiences and discover what nature can offer.

As a MovNat coach, I teach practical, instinctive movementālike crawling, climbing, balancing, and jumpingāskills weāre born with but often lose touch with. Reconnecting with them is energising, empowering, and funāespecially when done outdoors in a playful, pressure-free way.
In my role as a Business Consultant, I support companies and teams to bring more human-centred, nature-aware practices into the workplace. That might be through immersive retreats, nature-based team-building, or shorter workshops focused on breath, movement, and clarity. My aim is to help teams work more mindfully and cohesivelyāwhile encouraging them to reflect on how nature can inspire innovation, resilience, and stronger values.
Crucially, this work transfers back into the modern world. It doesnāt always have to involve sleeping under the stars or sitting around a fireāthough those things can be powerful. The principles I share are about sustainable, everyday ways to live and work with more balance, purpose, and awareness. Whether in a boardroom or on a woodland path, itās about being more connectedāand more human.
I also hold space and create ceremony, helping people to reconnect with themselves, each other, their communities, and the land they live on. These moments of shared presenceāaround fire, in silence, or simply through listeningācan be deeply grounding and healing.
At the heart of all my work is a simple aim: to help people feel more alive, more connected, and more at homeāin their own skin, in their community, and in the world around them.
